Mixtress Mixtapes: Flaxseed Gel

2 cups water

1/2 cup of whole flaxseeds

1 tbsp of Aloe vera gel

Pour water and flaxseed into a pot. Heat pot to a boil on medium/low setting.

Stir

When mixture becomes frothy turn off heat

Continue stirring.

Strain flaxseeds out into a bowl.

Let cool and add the aloe vera gel.
